The shooting of Mathukutty Xavier’s Bollywood movie ‘Millie’ starring T Janvi Kapoor has been completed. ‘Millie’ is a remake of the Malayalam movie ‘Helen’. The film is being produced by Janvi’s father and producer Bonnie Kapoor. ⁇

The movie which was released in 2019 with Anna Ben as the heroine was also directed by Mathukutty in Malayalam. Mathukutty won the National Award for Best Debut Director through ‘Heleni’. Janvi shared the joy of being able to work in cinema on the last day of filming.

‘Millie’s shooting was packed. My first film with a producer named Papa, whom I had only heard through stories in my life. Working with Dad was a very interesting experience. Others say that he gives his heart and soul to every movie that Papa takes over. Only now did I realize that it was true. The reason Millie is so dear to me is also because she worked with someone like Mathukutty Xavier Sir who sees the film as a breath of fresh air. Thanks to Noble Babu Thomas for his guidance and patience with me. Thank you for teaching me that no matter how difficult the journey, if it is done with honesty and hard work, it will turn out to be a beautiful journey. After all, ‘Millie’ is precious to me. I hope you feel the same way when you watch the movie! Thank you Dad for joining us on this journey .’- Janvi wrote.
