Forces of police, fire and rescue and paramedics were rushed to the prime minister’s office in Jerusalem this evening (Sunday) following the discovery of a suspicious envelope in the office. Fear of a hazardous materials incident at the site.
The Prime Minister’s office first informed that a suspicious envelope was received this evening as part of a routine mail reception and that the issue is being investigated by the security officials at the office.
After some time, a return to normal was announced, after the envelope was checked by a saboteur, and no dangerous substances were found, but it was taken by a patrol officer for further police treatment.
