This remarkable initiative aims to find young prodigies under the age of 14 of both sexes, who could shine in a few years as football stars in Morocco and elsewhere.
This program stands out for the fact that it is reality TV type, following the different stages of pre-selection, competition, as well as the final phase.
Co-production between the Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion et de Télévision (SNRT) and “MUSK Strategies”, designer of the event who supervised its organization throughout the past year with the supervision and close collaboration of the Federation Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF) and its technical management, this unique program provides an opportunity for young girls and boys who are passionate about football to fully express themselves and show the full extent of their talent in front of professionals and the general public. .
“Foot Talents” is also the result of a partnership with the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, and the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, in a three-year collaboration.
Before the final phase (3rd stage), scheduled from Friday to Sunday, this program was divided into two other stages broadcast on the Al Oula and Arriyadia TV channels.
The 1st stage concerned the pre-selection with matches which took place in all the provinces and prefectures of the Kingdom. As for the 2nd stage, it focused on the regional qualifiers for qualification to the final phase.
After this rich journey, which allowed us to highlight many budding talents, the 3rd and final stage will see the finalists surpass themselves to be among the winners who will have the privilege of having access to the federal centers of the FRMF and to other training centers according to the level and abilities of each talent, as part of the “Sport and Study” program, thus allowing them to access the professional world of national and international football while continuing their academic studies.
This final phase will take place at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmora, notably under the supervision and technical support of the FRMF.
The jury for this competition, which aims to identify the best young football talents in Morocco, is essentially composed of national skills in the field of talent detection, former players, sports journalists, as well as executives from the technical management of the FRMF specialized in the detection of the age group (12-14 years).
With the golden age that Moroccan football is currently experiencing, initiatives, like “Foot Talents”, aim to contribute to this exceptional dynamic, through in-depth work, which begins from the base, by unearthing young prodigies with great potential, capable of breaking through to the highest level and becoming the stars of tomorrow, thanks to quality support, supervision and training.
