Former Member of Parliament Mujibur Rahman has been admitted to hospital due to sudden unwellness.

It is reported that he has been admitted to Colombo National Hospital.

It is reported that Mujibur Rahman has been admitted to the hospital after participating in the United People’s Power Party’s demonstration in Colombo today.

Member of Parliament Harsha de Silva said that he has been admitted to the intensive care unit.

It is said that he has been admitted to the hospital due to the use of tear gas by the police during the demonstration.
