The Joint Operations Command announced the formation of an investigation committee to find out the circumstances of the sabotage attack on the Kor Mo gas field in Sulaymaniyah.
The Security Media Cell stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Joint Operations Command formed a technical investigative committee to find out the circumstances of the sabotage attack that was carried out by a drone and targeted the Kor Mo gas field in the Qadir Karam district of Qadir Karam Governorate.” Sulaymaniyah at 1915 hours today, Friday, and caused the death of two people and the injury of two others, all of whom were of Asian nationality.”
He added, “At a time when we condemn this sinful attack on Iraq’s economic wealth, we affirm that the aggressors will receive their just punishment for these attacks that attempt to harm the national economy and affect the wheel of progress and development that Iraq is witnessing.”
