/ The Jordanian national team tied with the South Korean national team, on Saturday, in the second round of the group stage of the Asian Football Cup, which is being held in Qatar.

Al Thumama Stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha, hosted the match at two-thirty in the afternoon.

The first half ended with the Jordanian team leading by two goals to one. The Korean team scored first from a penalty kick successfully executed by Sun Hom in the ninth minute. The equalizer goal in favor of the Jordanian team came from a reverse ball scored by Korean player Barah Young-woo in his team’s goal by mistake in the 37th minute, and the Jordanian team added the goal. The second was scored by Yazan Al-Naimat in the 45th minute + 6 minutes.

In the second half, the score remained the same until the end of regular time of the match, but in the first minute of stoppage time, the Korean goal came after continuous pressure on the Jordanian goal, and when Jordanian player Yazan Abu Al-Arab accidentally deposited the ball into his team’s goal.

It is worth noting that the Jordanian team has not achieved a victory over the Korean team in its history.
