George Lanthimos’ next collaboration with Emma Stone is the film “Kinds of Kindness” which is expected to premiere in theaters this summer, reports Variety.
Although the script remains a closely guarded secret for now, “Kinds of Kindness” is a modular film that reunites Stone with her “Poor Things” co-stars Willem Dafoe and Margaret Qualey as well as actor Joe Alwyn from the “Favored”.
The cast is rounded out by Jesse Plemons, Hong Chow and Hunter Shaffer, among others.
The script of the film, which had the original title “And” and was filmed at the end of 2022 in New Orleans, is signed by the Greek creator and Efthimis Filippou, with whom he collaborated in the films “Lobster”, “The Death of the Sacred Deer”, “‘ Alps” and “Fang”.
“Kinds of Kindness” is the fifth collaboration between Stone and George Lanthimos, after “Poor Things”, which a few days ago gave the famous actress her second Best Actress Oscar.
Kinds of Kindness, which is distributed by Searchlight, is expected to open in theaters on June 21.
