The late celebration of the GCK Lions
The GCK Lions equalized 1-1 in the Swiss League playoff final. The Zurich team defeated the qualification winners La Chaux-de-Fonds 5:4 after extra time.
The Lions were ahead by two goals 14 minutes before the end of regular time, but La Chaux-de-Fonds forced extra time with the equalizer two minutes before the end. It took a long, very long time to make a decision. Marlon Graf, who had already made it 4-2, scored after a total of 99 minutes.
The third game of the best-of-7 series takes place on Friday in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
