It is a small club (it has 13,000 members) and lives in an old, small stadium (Montilivi was inaugurated in August 1970 with capacity for 14,624 spectators), but it has a modern and stable management, with owners who did not abandon the entity in the years moments of maximum difficulty. The relationship is almost horizontal between the five nuclei of power that range from Pere Guardiola (president of the board of directors of Girona) to Michel, the coach who has led such a powerful transformation, without forgetting the other three pillars.
