The logistics warehouse and distribution park company, GLP, has reached a new rental agreement with The Rich España, logistics operator dedicated to the storage and distribution of chemical products for the industry. Through this operation, the Dutch 3PL will centralize all operations previously established in the region in a strategic location.

The decision to settle in the G-Park represents a strategic opportunity for the firm, allowing them to centralize operations, unite their two warehouses and activities, take advantage of synergies to optimize loading capacity, storage and logistics services, as well as promote more agile and effective work. .
Thanks to the 14,348 m² logistics warehouse, storage capacity will increase by more than 40%, going from 9,000 to 13,000 locations. Likewise, this project will have a direct impact on job creation where, De Rijke, will reinforce its workforce with multi-purpose and commercial profiles, as well as storage and transportation specialists.
Located half an hour from the Catalan capital, the asset offers quick access to the AP-7 motorway and the C-59, C-17 and C-33 highways, allowing it to connect with key infrastructures such as the Mediterranean Corridor. With quick communications with the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – El Prat international airport, the facility also facilitates connection with the international transport network.
The ship has 15 loading docks and a free height of 11.7 meters. Its low occupancy, below 50%, makes this asset an ideal location for the type of operations carried out by De Rijke, which, in these facilities, also enjoys secure parking and 600 m2 of offices with high construction qualities.
