While gold prices have been fluctuating for the past few days, the price has increased today and has touched Rs.42 thousand again.
Gold price increased by Rs 14 per gram and Rs 112 per bar today.
Jewelery gold prices in Chennai were Rs 5,236 per gram and Rs 41,888 per gram as on Thursday.
22 carat gold prices rose by Rs 14 to Rs 5,250 per gram today (Friday) and rose by Rs 112 to Rs 42,000 per gram.
Gold is selling at Rs 5,250 per gram in Coimbatore, Trichy and Vellore.
For the past 3 days, gold has gone up by 6 rupees per gram, but today it has risen by 14 rupees and has again touched 42 thousand rupees. Similarly, on the last 9th, gold sawan reached the level of Rs.42 thousand and then decreased.
Silver prices are unchanged today. A gram of silver is Rs.74.00 and a kg is Rs.74 thousand
December retail inflation in the US fell below expectations. Thus, it seems that the Federal Reserve, which is supposed to reduce inflation, will relax without raising interest rates too much. It is believed that the interest rate hike will not be too big in the coming meeting.
