It is planned to review the applications of citizens who want to build their own houses in the territories freed from occupation.
This is reflected in the report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers for 2023.
It was noted that if there are concrete requests from people who want to participate in the reconstruction process, they can be reviewed the approved plans for the restoration and reconstruction of residential areas.
Speaking on the topic, Tahir Rzayev, a member of the Regional Affairs Committee of the Milli Majlis, believes that the return to Karabakh and the development of the region can be further accelerated by involving citizens in the reconstruction works.
The deputy said that citizens will be able to build houses in the territories freed from occupation only in accordance with modern urban planning rules. This is also important in terms of saving budget funds. Because at present, almost all projects in the region are implemented at the expense of the state.
It should be noted that the report of the Cabinet of Ministers will be discussed in the Milli Majlis on March 15.
