Great theater: lots of applause and shouts of bravo for “The Great Hanussen” in Chemnitz

“The Great Hanussen” was recorded yesterday with much applause and cheers. The only second national production of the Stefan Heym play celebrated its premiere on Saturday evening in the Chemnitz Spinnbau. The Chemnitz drama tells the story of the vaudeville artist Erik Jan Hanussen in an oppressively exciting and revue-like manner in an extraordinarily visually stunning and largely artificial manner.
