“The last DDoS attack was two weeks ago, it was the most powerful attack in our history. It was about three to four times more powerful than the most powerful one before,” he said.
The hackers wanted to disable the bank’s website by sending 1 million requests per second, the Sber press service clarified. transmits Interfax. He added that the attackers launched the attack “from infrastructure located in foreign countries, numbering at least 30,000 devices.” According to him, 440 Sberbank services were subjected to an attack that lasted more than a day, but no interruptions in their work were recorded.
