The support group is evaluated as faithful to its role in resolving questions about the maintenance project by providing accurate and correct information to residents through consultation and advisory activities over the past year and three months.
Major achievements include △3 cases of support for decisions on reconstruction decisions, △2 cases of support for approval of establishment of small-scale reconstruction associations, △1 case of support for decisions on approval of reconstruction project implementation plans, △1 case of support for decisions on approval of project implementation plans for redevelopment projects near subway stations, and △Redevelopment and reconstruction project advisory committee meetings. holding, etc.
This year, we will significantly strengthen the support group’s field activities with the goal of ‘quick and stable maintenance projects with residents.’
First, starting this month, the support group will begin holding information sessions for residents that will visit the site in person.
The target groups for holding resident information sessions are △areas in which maintenance projects such as redevelopment and reconstruction are being promoted or being prepared △areas where maintenance projects are being delayed due to lack of expertise or low feasibility △areas with low resident consent rates or difficulties due to conflicts between residents. etc.
On April 18, a resident briefing session on the Moa Town Management Plan (draft) for the area around 241 Gocheok-dong was held, and at 3:30 p.m. on April 24, a ‘Wooshin Villa Rapid Integrated Planning Reconstruction Project in Gung-dong’ was held at the local Gung-dong Social Welfare Center. An on-site briefing session related to the promotion will be held.
The district expects that the resident briefing session will not only provide accurate information about the project, but also help communicate with residents and prevent damage, disputes, and conflicts among residents.
We are also planning to operate a ‘Our Neighborhood Maintenance Project Communication Meeting’ where the support group visits sites where maintenance projects are being carried out.
The communication meeting is held in a consulting manner by meeting with the union president, project implementation group, and resident representatives on site to listen to their difficulties and discuss conflict issues and solutions.
In addition, to ensure that the project can be promoted quickly, we plan to hold redevelopment and reconstruction project advisory group meetings on a regular quarterly basis and actively engage in application and management of public offering projects.
