In mid-December from the merger of H2H and Wellnet, companies of the Prismi group, is born a unique and distinctive player, active in the market of digital, marketing and communication services.

The integration between the two realities was implemented to offer a sophisticated and innovative know-how which merges the original skills of the two companies. Wellnet is one web agency tech which operates in technological marketing solutions and works for large and medium-sized enterprises, while H2H is theomnichannel communication agency, specialized in building communication solutions for the enterprise world. Together the two companies structure a new offer that unites consultancy, organizational and production skills high profile.

In addition to the communication and marketing services already present in the portfolio of the two agencies, the merger has the ambitious goal of also developing new products and services dedicated to the world of artificial intelligence, 3D and gaming. The composition of the new reality, equal to a hundred collaborators in total, reflects this new development direction, in fact, all the necessary skills are covered, ranging from the technological field, to creativity to production.

This operation is part of the wider reorganization project of the Prismi Group, listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana, undertaken since last July. The Group looks like the first ExO Digital Italian company, a reality operating in the digital sector with an agile organizational structure, capable of facing the important moments of change and developing rapid growth thanks to the use of technology in all processes.

The latest national and international research confirms the need for a rapid technological evolution that permeates all the economic aspects of the production sectors. The market, according to “Digital in Italy 2021”, a report drawn up by Anitec-Assinform, stands at 75,410 million euros in 2021 (+ 5.5% compared to 2020) and for the three-year period 2022-2024 growth is expected to continue leading to 79,286 million euros (+ 5.1%) in 2022.
