The people of the village are also surprised by this action of the nephew in a love affair. On receiving information about the incident, the police registered a case and started searching for the aunt and the accused nephew. This incident, which strained family relationships, took place in a village in Maudaha Kotwali area of Hamirpur. Here the marriage of a girl was fixed, her marriage procession was to come next month. Wedding preparations were also going on at home.
The nephew, who crossed all limits in love affairs, has kidnapped this girl with the help of his associates and absconded. The girl is the aunt of the accused. Despite this, he took aunt away from home after severing the relations. Family members told that Ajay Nishad along with all his associates entered the house and forcibly kidnapped the daughter and ran away.
Fear of daughter’s murder
The elder daughter was present at the time of the incident and when she protested, she was abused and threatened. People in the entire village are shocked by the public kidnapping of their daughter from home. The family members have expressed apprehension that their daughter might be murdered. The father has given a complaint about this incident in the police station. After this the police have registered a case.
Aunt was to get married next month
The girl’s family told that the daughter’s marriage had been fixed. The wedding procession was to take place on the 21st of next month. Preparations for the wedding were also being made at home, meanwhile Ajay Nishad took away the daughter from the house. The entire family is in tension due to this incident. Here, Inspector Ram Asare Saroj, in-charge of Maudaha police station, said on Friday that after receiving information about the incident, the matter is being investigated. Police has been deployed to search for both. Told that soon both will be in police custody.
