The Reserve Bank of India has imposed various restrictions on HDFC Bank, India’s largest bank. According to HDFC Bank, the RBI has lifted all restrictions.
HDFC Bank also stated that it is working with full commitment to follow the recommendations of the Reserve Bank. HDFC Bank also thanked the Reserve Bank for lifting the ban.
HDFC Bank has stated that it has short-term and long-term plans to meet the digital needs of its customers during the ban period and will implement these plans in the coming days.
Various technical glitches occurred following HDFC Bank’s Digital 2.0 project. The Reserve Bank of India banned the project and ordered it in 2020. In this case, the ban is currently lifted.
