Despite the early adversity, Hearts demonstrated the same fortitude they displayed in a recent 1-0 win against Dundee, finding a way to secure a crucial victory through second-half goals from captain Lawrence Shankland and substitute Tomas Magnusson.

I think he was maybe under a lot of pressure to maybe look elsewhere, but he stuck to his word.” Despite conflicting reports from FK Vardar, who claim to have accepted a bid from Sporting Kansas City, McInnes remains optimistic about Mato’s arrival, expressing hope that the forward could join the team as early as January.
