“People should look in the mirror as little as possible, and especially be very careful with what they inject into their faces. You have to do it very wisely, and wait with it as much as possible. “Don’t tell yourself that you’ve reached the age of 37 and that’s the right time,” said the actress.
“Try to look at the world and ask yourself what can be done to make the most of your existence. People have become obsessed with their appearance, and it’s just not good,” she added. She also said that for her, the way to maintain a young and natural appearance is proper nutrition, facial skin care and protein-rich preparations.
‘I’ve had botox injections a few times in my life, I just didn’t like it. I don’t want to have a frozen face. I make sure to clean my face every night, and also twice in the middle of the day. That’s all,” Garner concluded.
