After years of anticipation, Hytale has officially launched into Early Access today, marking a significant milestone for fans who’ve followed its development through numerous delays and uncertainties. The developers recently re-established themselves as an independent studio and pledged a launch without further setbacks.
Hytale Early Access Is Finally Available
Players can now experience Hytale firsthand, though it’s important to note the game remains unfinished. The development team has emphasized that this is a true Early Access release, meaning many features are still missing, bugs are expected, and systems aren’t fully refined. They’ve dedicated approximately two months to rebuilding and preparing the game after regaining control of the project.
The studio anticipates potential server issues during launch week due to high player interest, but assures access will be expanded as quickly as possible. Players can join the Early Access by purchasing the Starter Edition for $19.99.
