Director Omar Lulu says he is not a fan of Mammootty or Mohanlal. Omar says that he used to watch Mohanlal movies the most in his youth and now he is not a fan of any of them.

At that time, Mammooka’s film was more sentimental. So once you see it, you won’t want to see it again. But Laleton’s films were full entertainment at that time. Laletan used to do everything including comedy. But at that time, if anyone asked me who was my favorite actor, I used to say Mammooka. I was a known Mammootty fan in our country.
He was sitting without any other work during the lockdown period. That’s when I honestly thought about everything. I can say that my perspective has completely changed. When I was young, everyone in my family was a Mammootty fan. It was now understood that it was a caste spirit. Most of the movies I watched were funny movies like Natotikat.
