Diego Henao accepted that he was not at the interrogations of Nicolás Petro before the Prosecutor’s Office, nor at the hearings. Furthermore, he acknowledged that although he only signed the power of attorney for the president’s son on September 17, on the 19th he issued a statement accusing prosecutor Burgos and the Prosecutor’s Office of allegedly having pressured, subjected and tortured his client. He also sent a right of petition to Burgos.

By saying that he knows nothing, the complaint against Burgos was very weak.
