The ICC has released the batsmen rankings for international Test matches today. In the batsmen’s list, Australia’s Marnus Labuzane (935) has advanced to the first place. He scored a double century and a century during the first Test against West Indies in Perth recently, which has moved him to the top spot.
He is followed by Steve Smith of the Australian team at the 2nd place. Pakistan captain Babar Azam is at the 3rd position and England’s Joe Root is at the 4th position.
Among the Indian players, Rishabh Pant is at the 5th position, captain Rohit Sharma is at the 9th position and former captain Virat Kohli is at the 11th position.
