Vinayakan is playing villain and character roles in Malayalam film industry. Vinayak, who made his acting debut in 1995 with Mohanlal’s Mandreekam, has been acting for more than 25 years. Apart from Malayalam, Vinayakan has also acted in Tamil and Telugu language films.
Vinayak, popular among Tamil fans as a differently-abled villain in Vishal’s Thimiru, also played a pivotal role in Dhanush’s Mariyaan. After a long hiatus, Rajinikanth’s Jailer is playing the lead role.
Recently, Vinayakan shocked by announcing that he has divorced his wife on his Twitter page. Last year, a model filed a MeToo complaint against Vinayakan. Due to this, he and his wife had a disagreement and have been living separately.
Explaining the Metoo controversy, Vinayakan said that he was intimate with 10 women and that he had relations with their consent. This is said to be the root cause of his divorce.
