It turned out that the reason for such a long wait was not only the flow of those wishing to apply for a loan. The “holiday time” and the fact that “people get sick” are affected, the bank explained.
There will be less waiting at the mortgage office of the Minsk Regional Department of Belarusbank. According to a real estate expert, this office can make an appointment for the beginning of next week.
“If you are a resident of a regional center and you buy an apartment in Minsk, you can apply for a Mortgage Express loan with a preliminary agreement at your nearest mortgage office,” Natalya Litovskaya points out.
Recall that from May 31, interest rates on real estate loans will decrease. This is due to the reduction of the refinancing rate to 9.75% per annum. The rate on bank loans linked to this indicator will fall by 0.25%.
