Investigators have charged three previously detained men who are charged with murders in Orsk from 2005 to 2008. One of them, according to law enforcement officers, is the alleged leader of an organized criminal group. This is reported by the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Orenburg region.
The main suspect is charged with organizing and leading the execution of murders for hire (part 3 of article 33, subparagraphs “a”, “h” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). His alleged accomplices are charged with complicity in an attempted murder for hire, which was not completed due to circumstances beyond the control of this person (part 5 of article 33, part 3 of article 30, subparagraphs “a”, “h” of part 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and complicity in murder for hire (part 5 of Article 33, subparagraphs “a”, “h” part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Law enforcers believe that the alleged leader of the organized criminal group organized and planned the murders of criminal authorities in the Eastern Orenburg region for money. In particular, he looked for perpetrators and instruments of crimes and came up with murder plans.
One of them was committed on October 25, 2005 at about 23:30 (MSK + 2). The alleged performer on the street. Another crime was committed on July 23, 2008 at about 11:20 pm (MSK + 2). According to the investigation, the executor waited on the street. Militiamen also established that the accused in 2006 organized and planned the murder of another resident of Orsk. It was supposed to be done in two stages.
First, the perpetrators in the area of the autodrome in the village of Myasokombinat in Orsk set an explosive device in the victim’s car with the intent of murder, and then detonated it at the moment of movement, when the alleged victim and other persons were next to the car. However, the car turned out to be armored, and no one died, the investigation established.
Security officials continue to investigate the criminal case. Law enforcers will petition the court for the arrest of the detainees.
