Compared to 2019, the number of Indians opting for Canada has decreased by 8 percent. That’s an 8 percent increase in the number of Indians opting for Central and South Asia.

According to the ‘Prospective Students Survey 2024’ report, this trend has started since 2020. This figure, which was 14% – 11% during the Corona era, has decreased to 10% – 6% in 2023. At the same time, the number has risen in select countries such as the Americas, Central and South Asia, Western Europe, East and Southeast Asia and Australia, it said. The main reason for Canada’s decline is said to be the rift between the two countries. Apart from this, it is said that the jobs in Canada are not great and the economic environment is not good.

Canada is the 4th most popular destination for Indians to study internationally. Here they are giving importance to study International MBA degree. The QS Global MBA Ranking 2024 also features 6 management institutes from Canada in the Top 100 B-Schools list.
