The month began with the accomplished conclusion of the ‘2025 Tecnifibre National Youth Tennis Tournament,’ held from October 31 to November 3. Over 400 elementary school athletes converged on the Inje tennis Court and Wontong Tennis Court, showcasing the future of Korean tennis under the auspices of the Dream Tree Tennis Foundation.

Simultaneously, the ’27th Haneulnaerin Inje County Governor’s National kendo Tournament’ will take place at Wontong Gymnasium, featuring more than 500 kendo practitioners. This event, hosted by the Inje County Kendo Association and sponsored by inje County and the inje County Council, emphasizes the martial art’s core principles of etiquette, discipline, and self-cultivation.

Basketball Championship and Para Volleyball Training Conclude November’s Lineup
Rounding out the month, the ‘2025 Basketball I-League Championship’ will be held from November 29 to 30 at Inje Multipurpose Gymnasium, Inje Gymnasium, and Nam-myeon Gymnasium. Organized by the Korea Basketball Association, the tournament will feature over 800 young athletes competing at a high level.

Adding to the athletic activity, the Inje Training Center is serving as a crucial training ground for the Korea Para Volleyball Association’s women’s sitting volleyball national team from November 6 to 22. Building on the success of the men’s team’s training last month, the women’s team will focus on physical conditioning and strategic development in Inje, widely recognized as a “mecca of field training.”
