International Open Kick Boxing Chennai Boys Participation

Chennai: A boy from Chennai, Charmi Subraja is representing India in the International ‘Open Kick Boxing’ competition to be held in Uzbekistan.
On their way to Delhi from Chennai Airport, they were greeted by Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Meyyanathan.
More than a thousand athletes from 15 countries, including India, take part in the tournament. In it, it is conducted in the carrot, junior and senior categories for boys.
Vasikaran, 17, and Subraja, 17, both from Chennai, are representing India on behalf of the State Kickboxing Association in the junior division.
The trio, including the coach, will leave Chennai Airport for Delhi this evening to take part in the tournament. Also, the boys are determined to return home with medals.
