These included anti-Semitic statements, children’s on-stage fighting performances, approval of female circumcision, and rejection of marriage with non-Muslims.
As a result of long-lasting investigations, the Supreme Regional Court ruled in the case of two people alleged to be the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood that it could not be concluded that these people were members of the terrorist organization Hamas or financially supported Hamas, even if it was said that they identified with the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood. It was learned that he decided to do so. It was determined that the wiretaps and examination of the accounts did not raise any concrete suspicions, and even the photograph showing one of the brothers with a person associated with the Muslim Brotherhood or Hamas was not an “appropriate factual basis”. Lawyer Andreas Schweitzer, representing the brothers, said: “If there is nothing there, there is no need for the prosecutor to file a lawsuit.”
Teacher who praised Hamas

These included a CD of anti-Semitic songs containing lyrics such as “O God, O beloved, I wish for a disease that destroys the Jews” or “Hamas, you, eyesight, the jihad begins.” Among other things, a text document was found in the „School 2020“ subfolder in the notebook stating that Muslims must go to holy war and accept death. There were indications that the teacher portrayed Hamas’ terrorist acts as “God’s will and heroism” and even recruited members.
