According to the details, while talking to the media in Tehran before leaving for a 3-day visit to Pakistan, the Iranian president said that Pakistan is a neighboring and brotherly Islamic country. Pakistan and Iran have very good political, economic and religious relations.
Ibrahim Raisi said that Iran and Pakistan have a common position on various global issues, Pakistan and Iran have a common position on human rights, Palestine, anti-terrorist war, Pakistan and Iran cooperate with each other on related issues.
The Iranian president said that there will be negotiations with the authorities in Pakistan on security, economic and trade issues, the volume of mutual trade with Pakistan will be taken up to 10 billion dollars, Pakistan can benefit from the Iranian market.
According to the sources, Pakistan and Iran have decided on MoUs for cooperation in work force and film and cinema. The federal cabinet has approved 2 more MoUs with Iran.
Sources say that the signing of the memorandum of understanding is expected during the visit of the Iranian president to Pakistan.
Under the MoU, joint cooperation for the welfare of workers will be promoted, the establishment of the Workers Welfare Fund under the MoU will be reviewed, expert delegations will visit each other’s countries.
Sources further said that there will be an MOU for film exchange and cinema cooperation in both countries. Wax and other cultural events will be held.
