/ Iraqi cycling team player Sarbast Abdullah won the bronze medal on Friday in the Arab Championship competitions taking place in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The player, Sarbast Abdullah, won the bronze medal after he came in third place in the general individual race for a distance of 160 km, for the under-23 category, with the participation of 48 competitors representing eight Arab teams.
Algerian competitor Hamza Yassin won first place and the gold medal, while his colleague Hamza Amari won second place and the silver medal.
Ten teams participate in the Arab competitions: Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Qatar, the Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Libya.
