Brazil will ask tourists from the United States for visas by 2025

President Lula da Silva proposed the visa initiative to the United States due to non-compliance with immigration policy in the government of Jair Bolsonaro.

According to him, the former Brazilian president did not apply the principle of reciprocity to the United States, since this country required entry visas from Brazilians, without them having the same remuneration.
