The company “Azurim” and the consumer club for doctors “Yahed” are entering into a unique cooperation in the sale of apartments in the urban renewal project “Shaar Ha’ir” in Givat Shmuel to the members of the club. As part of the promotion, families will be offered significant discounts that can reach up to approximately NIS 110,000, as well as a unique payment schedule of 20% at the time of signing the agreement and the balance close to handing over the apartment.

The “City Gate” project in Givat Shmuel is expected to be built in a unique form of evacuation-construction and to be a significant gateway to the city. As its name implies, it symbolizes the entrances to the city in the western part of Givat Shmuel and will welcome those entering and leaving the city. Its uniqueness lies in being in a central location and on highway 4, which offers accessibility from all directions. Also, the project is accessible to a variety of hospitals: Beilinson, Schneider, Sheba, Hasharon, Ma’aini Hishu’a and more.

The project will be built in a mixed-use style and is expected to include the construction of 467 units in 3 new buildings on Ben Gurion Street, 2 25-story buildings and another 30-story building, instead of the existing 112 units in 9 old railway buildings. The tenants will benefit from a modern and innovative project with technical specifications and a high level of finish, in addition to 3,500 square meters of commercial space, a tenants’ club, educational institutions, green spaces, an urban square and commercial spaces that include cafes and shops.

The project recently received a full construction permit and the selected operating contractor is the Etz Al-Shad company, which has been building thousands of units in recent years in Israel. Excavation and landfill work has already begun on the site. The new complex was designed by the architectural firm Tito Oman Architects and the operating contractor is Etz Al-Shad.

The “Together” promotion will last several weeks and is intended for club members who are, among others, doctors, pharmacists, psychologists and employees of the companies: El Al, Teva, Bank Leumi and more.

Yoni Barel, VP of Regional Sales: “The realization that the Shaar Ha’ir project is in a strategic location and close to leading medical centers in the region, led to the move with the aim of enabling families of young doctors to purchase an apartment in a high-quality, modern project near their place of work. In recent years, Givat Shmuel has emerged as one of the leading cities in new construction in the central region, and many families are moving their place of residence to the city from all over the region.”
