What happened yesterday in ISL
The match between FC Goa and Hyderabad FC ended in a draw in the ISL yesterday. Both teams scored one goal each. Joel put Hyderabad ahead in the 54th minute. Eight minutes later, Iram Cabreza hit back. The fight was between teams that had won two games in a row. Hyderabad finished second with 11 points from six matches. Goa are seventh with seven points.
Chennai FC’s third win of the season in another match. Chennai beat Odisha FC by two goals to one. Chennai took the lead in the 23rd minute through German Preet Singh. Mirlan Mursev took the lead in the 63rd minute. Odisha’s consolation goal was scored by Xavi Fernandes in injury time.
With the win, Chennai FC jumped to third place with 11 points, but Chennai were relegated to fourth place after the second match yesterday. Odisha are fifth with nine points from six matches.
