The Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission has stated that permission has been granted to implement the island wide power cut tomorrow (21) at the request of the Ceylon Electricity Board.
On that basis, he noted that an hour-long power cut will be implemented tomorrow (21) from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Meanwhile, a 03-hour power cut will be in effect in the Southern Province from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, he added.
