# UPC Student Joins NTT DATA After Completing Tech Girl Power Bootcamp
A new generation of female technologists is emerging, and Ivana Panduro RodrÃguez is leading the charge. The Facts Systems Engineering student recently completed NTT DATA’s intensive Tech Girl Power program, securing a position with the global technology firm and highlighting the growing success of initiatives aimed at bolstering women in STEM.
The program, designed to strengthen both the technical and leadership skills of young women, began with over 100 applicants vying for a coveted spot in the Salesforce Bootcamp. After a competitive selection process,30 candidates advanced to a rigorous virtual training program focused on Salesforce functionalities and real-world applications.
Intensive Training and Practical Request

Participants were organized into eight teams, each tasked with solving a practical case study utilizing their newly acquired knowledge. “The program provided a unique opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to tangible challenges,” a senior official stated. Supported by specialized mentors,the teams spent a week developing and refining their proposals.
The culmination of this intensive phase was a presentation held on July 22,2025,at NTT DATA’s offices on the 16th and 17th floors of the Bloom Tower. Each group was allotted 15 minutes to present their solutions to an evaluating jury.
Ten Participants Earn NTT DATA Roles
Following the presentations, NTT DATA announced that ten participants, including Ivana Panduro RodrÃguez, had successfully completed all stages of the program.These high-achieving individuals have now joined the NTT DATA team. A formal closing ceremony, complete with certificate presentations, took place in person on August 8, 2025.
