Former Indian player Harbhajan Singh has said that Jadeja is the best all-rounder in the world right now.
Chennai Super Kings had the worst season in IPL history last year. Chennai team lost 10 out of 14 matches they played and finished the season at 9th place in the points table. The change of captain was said to have affected CSK’s performance last time. Before last season, Dhoni stepped down as captain and was replaced by Ravindra Jadeja. But the team could not perform well under Jadeja. With this, Jattu resigned from the captaincy and again handed over the responsibility to Dhoni.
In this context, Jadeja is expected to be a huge force in the upcoming 2023 IPL season. Because currently he is amazing in batting and bowling in the Test match against Aussie. After recovering from injury, he performed well in the first two matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia and was selected as the man of the match.
Meanwhile, former Indian superstar Harbhajan Singh praised Jadeja’s all-round performance and match-winning ability. He said he can shine as a batsman as well as a bowler for the Indian team. Harbhajan said that Jadeja is currently the best all-rounder in the world and only England’s all-time superstar Ben Stokes can compare with Jadeja.
The 2023 IPL cricket festival has been announced to be held from March 31 to May 21 across 12 stadiums in India. The final will be held on May 28. In the first match on March 31, defending champions Gujarat Titans and 4-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings will clash.
