The nine-bedroom property was sold for a record-breaking $34 million, after initially being listed for $42.5 million. She had purchased the house in 2016 for $28 million.
During the same period, Affleck also sold his Pacific Palisades estate. The couple has since purchased a Beverly Hills mansion for $60.85 million and took out a $20 million mortgage for it. The new property boasts luxurious amenities such as a private lake and beach, an indoor movie theater, an infinity-edge pool, a gym, and 13 bathrooms.
