Jeroen to his family for a week

Hi everybody,

Jeroen is a cheerful spontaneous young man with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He lives in a facility with 24 hour care due to respiratory support.

Jeroen would love to stay with his family for a week, but they cannot afford the costs of 24-hour care. The institution also does not contribute and its application to a fund has not been granted.

It would be great if Jeroen could also go away for a week. Every contribution helps.
