What appears above, reported by La Stampa, is what Cesare Giuseppe Gabasio, Juventus lawyer said, on the phone with the manager Federico Cherubini on 23 September 2021, in a conversation included in the investigation into the Juventus affair and in particular with reference to the so-called “secret paper” on the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo. The club replies: the investigation by the Turin prosecutor on Juventus accounts, and on the so-called capital gains, “does not constitute a significant negative change” to allow the banks to withdraw from the guarantee commitments in relation to the capital increase.
