Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 38th minute of the first half. And at 47 Thomas Muller deflected a shot from De Ligt to increase the score. In the second half, Kane again found the net, scoring his sixth goal in this edition of the Champions League.

With this result, Bayern reaches the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the fifth time in a row. The opponent of the German team will be known after the UEFA draw with all the classifieds defined.
Bayern also keeps alive its only real chance of lifting a trophy this season, as in Bundesliga the difference to Bayer Leverkusen is 10 points, with Xabi Alonso’s team still unbeaten in the competition.
