Kim Kardashian Reveals Brain Aneurysm, Cites Stress from Divorce with Kanye West
Kim Kardashian has publicly disclosed a recent diagnosis of a brain aneurysm, attributing the condition to the intense stress experienced during her 2022 divorce from rapper Kanye West. The revelation surfaced in a preview for the upcoming season of her reality television series, The Kardashians.
“ThereS like a small aneurysm,” the 45-year-old entrepreneur is heard saying while undergoing what appears to be a brain scan. In the preview, Kardashian explained to her family that medical professionals suggested a link between the condition and the accumulated stress of recent years.
The Skims founder has been candid about the emotional toll of her separation from West after nearly 15 years together,describing the marriage as “toxic.” During an October 15th interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kardashian confessed to feeling “a lot of pressure and fear of being judged” by the public when she made the decision to end the relationship.
A brain aneurysm is a bulge or dilation in a blood vessel within the brain. these are relatively common and often do not require immediate treatment. While stress does not directly cause aneurysms, medical experts note it can indirectly influence factors that increase the risk of developing one.
Kardashian’s health challenge comes amidst a notably demanding year, which also included her appearance as a witness in a trial related to the 2016 jewelry theft she experienced in Paris during Fashion Week.
