Abu Dhabi: Slight increase in the number of Kovid patients in the UAE. 740 new cases were confirmed today. The UAE Ministry of Health said 1,956 people had recovered. A death following the Kovid outbreak was reported in the UAE today.

Kovid has so far confirmed 8,76,624 people in the UAE. 8,24,971 people were cured. 2,298 people died following Kovid. According to the Ministry of Health, 49,355 people are being treated. Today, 461,925 Kovid tests were performed in the UAE, according to the Ministry of Health.
Kovid mortality rate in the UAE is 0.2%. This is two percent lower than the global average. At the same time, the Ministry of Health states that more than 97 per cent of the country’s population has received a single dose of the Kovid vaccine.
