On Thursday, around 11:05 PM, a white Toyota Prado was stolen from a property on Boobialla Way. Officers quickly located and pursued the vehicle, attempting multiple times to bring it to a halt. However,the Prado was deliberately driven towards pursuing police cars,escalating the danger.
The stolen Prado was eventually abandoned on Caltropis Court at approximately 2:50 AM on Friday, leading to the arrest of nine juveniles ranging in age from 10 to 17. This followed a similar incident in the early hours of wednesday, where eight juveniles were apprehended after a stolen car was driven recklessly towards a police vehicle. Footage of that incident circulated widely on social media,drawing significant public attention to the crisis.
