Kelly Clarkson‘s “Underneath the Tree” has solidified its status as a modern Christmas staple, achieving its frist Top 5 placement since its 2013 debut. A total of 20 Christmas songs currently feature within the Top 40. The race for the Christmas No. 1 is set to become even more dynamic next week with the arrival of several charity and novelty singles. Together for Palestine, a humanitarian aid project spearheaded by Brian Eno and others, has released “Lullaby,” featuring both Palestinian and British artists, including Celeste and Neneh Cherry.
