The great Serbian center had 24 points, 18 rebounds and 13 assists, Michael Porter Jr. led the scoring with 25. Evan Mobley scored 31 and pulled down 9 rebounds which were not enough for the Cubs to prevent a second consecutive loss, Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland contributed 22 points each.

Indiana (35:26) – Boston (17:43) 142:138 (at the end of overtime)

The scoreboard showed a 138-138 tie with 56 seconds left in overtime, but Jayson Tatum scored the game’s final 4 points and finished with 31 total, along with 12 rebounds and 7 assists, to spoil a career-high night for Myles Turner. The Indiana big man matched his personal best with 40 points, hit a career-high 8 three-pointers and also pulled down 10 rebounds, but the Pacers suffered their sixth loss in seven games. Jaylen Brown also excelled with 30 points and 11 rebounds, Malcolm Brogdon contributed 24 and 7 assists from the bench.

Orlando (35:25) – Detroit (45:15) 106:108

The battle between the two stragglers from the East ended with a winning basket on the buzzer-beater by Wendell Carter Jr., who corrected Paulo Bancro’s foul and sent the Pistons to count three consecutive losses.
