LG Unveils New UltraGear OLED Display Screens for Gamers at CES 2024
Before the official launch of CES 2024, LG made a big splash in the gaming world with the announcement of their new UltraGear OLED display screens designed specifically for gamers.
The flagship model, the 32GS95UE, boasts impressive specifications including a 32-inch display with support for up to 4K 240Hz screen refresh rate. Not only that, but the display can also quickly switch to OLED display with just a single button, offering 1080P 480Hz screen refresh rate specifications. Additionally, the 32GS95UE features a gray-scale response time of 0.03 milliseconds and supports HDR display effects. It also includes NVIDIA G-Sync support and a speaker that supports DTS Virtual:X sound output effects.
LG didn’t stop there, also introducing the 34-inch 34GS95QE and the 39-inch 39GS95QE display screens. Both models have a 21:9 display ratio and curved surface design, along with corresponding 3440 x 1440 resolution, 240Hz screen refresh rate, and 800R curvature specifications. They too support NVIDIA G-Sync and FreeSync Premium Pro, and are compliant with the DisplayHDR True Black 400 standard proposed by VESA.
In addition to these models, LG also unveiled the 27-inch 27GS95QE, and the 45-inch 45GS95QE and 45GS96QB display screens. All three screens comply with the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 standard, with the 27GS95QE featuring 2560 x 1440 resolution, a 16:9 display ratio, 240Hz screen update rate, and 0.03 millisecond grayscale response time. The 45GS95QE and 45GS96QB both offer 3440 x 1440 resolution and 240Hz screen update rate, with the 45GS96QB additionally providing USB-C PD 65W wired power supply.
