The lucky winner thus becomes the first millionaire thanks to the Loto of the year 2023, thanks to the series of numbers 13, 14, 22, 36, 40, and the Chance number 9, as specified on the dedicated site of the Française des games. He then only had a one in 19 million chance of winning.
Put into play for the New Year, the spectacular kitty had two weeks of unsuccessful draws before finding its beneficiary. The department of origin of the new multimillionaire remains unknown for the moment.
